Those who are still interested in becoming members will be given an opportunity to apply, followed by an interview. All applicants are subject to landlord checks as well as credit and income verification. Once an interview is conducted a recommendation is given to the Board of Directors for the final approval for membership. An approved member must be over the age of 16 and is required to pay a one-time membership fee.
